Same as the first but 2. More levels and more people to play plus melee weapons

Release Date: November 17, 2009.

Featuring new Survivors, boss zombies, weapons, and items, Left 4 Dead 2 offers a much larger game than the original with more co-operative campaigns, more Versus campaigns, and maps for Survival mode available at launch.

Edit:don't know why the hell I said that,I must have misread the title...WTF.I have not played the first one,and I don't want to at all.It seems to be just another cookie cutter FPS.

[Funny thing about the cover. It was originally a mutilated hand that had the thumb, ring and pinky fingers eaten off in a not-very-grotesque mannor. Believe me, I'm not very big on gore, so if it didn't bother me, it was fine. No blood, ladies and gent. At any rate, some fuckholes in the ratings office decided it was too 'violent' for a video game cover, and made them put some of the fingers back on the hand. What you see now as the cover is an altered, 'family friendly' version. If anyone can track down the two versions, their would be clout involved]
