[New Staff]

[I mentioned in the previous announcement post that we had two possible modifications to the staff. I am proud to announce that as of now, it has come to pass. MOsEs is our new moderator, and Darkstar is our 'CH General.' He has full admin privileges, but I thought naming him our 'developer' is more appropriate, as he will probably have a HUGE hand in all future upgrades to the site from now on. In fact, that will be his primary job, so make sure to compliment his work, if you like it. Post your congrats to MOsEs and Darkstar here. They are both great friends of mine, and I am glad to have them as part of CH staff. Please give them the respect they deserve. That is all for now] -[AT9]
