Okay so I got bored, turned on god mode and went on a killing spree in the Imperial City, just killing the Imperial watch. I ammased 150 kills wioth a sword 57 with a mace, and 32 with a bow, then 100 more with magic.

I turned myself in for a bounty of 33940 gold.

Then I just punched a guard and walked around with the mundane ring on letting people beat me killing themselves.
