MMA, as fast and as full contact as you want. Anything with fists and feet. I will not go easy on you if you grab a weapon, even as much as a twig, but as long as it's all about akimbo knuckles, I'll only gauge your performance and adjust.

no, thats okay. fighting is more of just a workout for me and i REALLY dont like even sparing unless its just wrestling on the ground with no strike and only submissions.
