Yeah, P3 is a fail. I have problems with it, and I think I've discussed them like three times with everyone. I don't feel like doing it again, so let's just say that I find P3 to be the worst game I've ever played, hands down. Ugh, what a horrible invention, if my girl didn't have such a Mitsuru fetish, I would turn that disc into a frisbee.

If you discussed it with me I don't remember. But just cause you can't play/beat/do a game doesn't make it bad. But whatever. P3 is the best RPG to come out in the last 10 years.

[I cannot agree with you at all. You didn't even specify what exactly bothered you about the game. As an RPG fan, I am curious as to what don't like about it. Instead of saying "fuck P3, fuck P3" it would make more sense to say "I didn't like it because..." wouldn't it? Hmmm. There are certainly things that I don't like about P3, but there isn't a single RPG in the world that doesn't have at least a few things I don't like. How far did you get? That's another indication. You should at least get halfway through any game before you can declare that it sucks. P3 has a great story, and some of the coolest artwork I've ever witnessed. The subject and overtones of the overall theme is also pretty unique and exceptionally rare. SMT games are known for being very difficult, and exceptionally unique in story and in design. If you don't wanna step out of your comfort zone to try something new, or don't like a challenge, than that's pretty unfortunate]

I don't think Shameless meant it like that. He's just annoyed with it and feels like he has already said why enough and doesn't feel the need to discuss them again cause it annoys him alot apparently. Just cause he "still has to play it" due to borrowing doesn't mean its hard, but it is hard for him to get through probably cause it annoys him so much (if something annoys you or you don't like it it gets harder to do, like a class/subject for example). Also, why would you want to try to get through something you don't like?-thats just torture and I think thats more why he's still borrowing the game, Just saying.

Logic would tell you to return it to its owner and say "it wasn't my cup of tea". And to be fair saying "I think I've discussed them like three times with everyone, I don't feel like doing it again" isn't a excuse. You can chose not to give reasons but don't expect people to remember or just know from osmosis why you dislike something.

I was referring to other posts I have made on this forum, which should be accessible enough... Also, Julie game me P3 as a requirement for dating her, I'm not allowed to give it back until I've beaten it.

*sigh* I thought I said I was done talking about this? I've already laid out my dislikes of P3 on a different thread, but here's the gist of it: Everything, from the battle system to the storyline, is mind numbingly boring to me. 'Oh, look, another group of painfully normal kids, look out, I bet they have super powers!' I can't stand all of their constant nonsense, I can't stand having such a little say in what my party does, and I really don't care about their lives that much. I completely understand that both of you love this game, and to be honest, it probably does have a lot to do with the fact that I have been playing this game for over two years, and when I do get any progress it gets blown away by some stupid shadow who targets the one member of my party who I can't revive. It probably does have a lot to do with the fact that whenever I don't play it, my girlfriend bitches. But at the same time, I feel like this game is a chore, I don't particularly like any of the characters (Except Chihiro, but I can get her for a few seconds in P4) and I don't particularly like anything else about the whole entire game. If you want to discuss it with me that badly, go ahead, but to make this entire wall of text disappear, just know that I hate P3 more than I hate eating my own poop.

OK, maybe a little less, but I would even do school work before I would play P3.

Fair enough, you still fail for not liking the game.

I'll take that badge and wear it proudly, but I'd think that it would be more of a failure to like P4 without liking any of the previous Personas...
