MORE PEOPLE!!

Okay i know its been said before and we have done some things to get more people on this but we need MORE!!! Like Zombies need for brains! or fat kids need for cake WE NEED MORE!!!!

BB/ AT9 is there any way you can make ads or something. im a novice when it comes to understanding computers and the internet. all i know about the internet is that theres a lot of porn and that you can waste time on it.. thats about it.... also maybe..... well... i really dont know but i want this forum to FLOURISH!!!!

If we want to make ads we need something for the people to stay around for. We'll need more than just a forum. Lots of news updates, game reviews maybe, and other things. We'll also need money. I would have no problem donating $20 or so every month to help out.

[I was wanting to do game reviews...and this is the year to really get that off the ground, because I will be buying and playing lots of new games. Now, I want to get together a crew of guys that will post weekly news on a given game genre. Once this has been put together, we can get more done. Oh, and dont' worry about donating money. Just take that money and buy yourself a video game, and then post a review on it with pictures and everything! Besides, I wouldn't feel right if you all gave me money like that. I have done nothing to deserve that. I'm gonna work hard on getting new members, but by no means does this mean it isn't okay for you to as well. Spread the word guys! I think its great that so many of you know each other in person. Anyway, that is all I have to say on the matter for now. I have some big plans I'd like to get off the ground, but to be honest, if this site DOES transform into a new being, big and shiny, i won't be able to run it by myself. A day will come where we might need an actual server, a site from custom coding, etc. If that day comes, I am not going to be the only admin]

I may be able to help. I've got games galore, and I may be able to do a few reviews. I can't guarantee my days off, but if it's like it has been recently, I should have Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

I may also have access to a server, if the time ever comes.

I could do reviews of all of my current Xbox and ps3 games so that we have some in there fast! You should make a new category called reviews and previews and then make sections for each console then each type of game. then also everyone can make their own page where each new review is a new topic just like your randomhouse. Then you can make me a moderator and i can put up a bunch of reviews and they would be good i swear and when new people come in if they have the same opinion about video games as i do they could see my reviews and feel like they would think the same about the video games as i would.

I should keep up to date on my thread. Multiple thread is cool, but I think one central thread for reviews, updates, sneak peaks, screen shots, ratings, etc. would be a lot more efficient. More people would look at it if they don't have to got searching all over for like 6-7 threads in different genres in different part of the forum. It shouldn't be a sub category of something, it should be front page [not the portal] and there should be a link in the navigation bar for it.

Alex, if you do end up making this a custom coded site, I will start learning HTML again. I did used to be excellent with it. You don't have to be admin alone >__>

Is anyone here a beta tester? That'd be cool. Then we could get some real sneak peaks. If not, I know about three. I could get them to join here and post their reviews and such [as well as getting some new members here]. I'd be willing to donate/contribute some money to get this site off the ground. I'd really like to see it take off and join it's admin in the skies.

How much does a server cost per month?

Servers can cost a fair bit of coin. Like I said, I may be able to find one for minimal to no charge.

Well, I don't know, do you think we could figure out how to get $10/mo. out of 30+ users and Goooooogle ads? (That was a joke, I promise.) It sounds like this might be a good place for now, but it's really cool that we have such plans for expansion. For now, we should work out the little bugs like the neon signs (JK, those things are damn cool. TDSA, RE LEARN HTML!)

The only admin??? That's right...I didn't build this site or the buttons or the headers for that matter.I haven't done any admin work have I?!
