Assassin's Creed II
I think this belongs in the right category, if not whoops...anyway recently just finished Assassin's Creed II and I think its a hell of a game. Love the conspiracy theroy vibe and the history in it and characters are pretty cool. What's everyone's else thoughts about it?

Okay Series. But the first 2 are only there to lead up to the coming 3rd one....which is annoying.

Loved both? You complained to me about the monotony of them. You friend forced to to finish the first one.

...That's me, bro. I'm the one who gets bored of Assassinating everyone in the same way. Even if I switch to throwing knives, it's not very different. Stealth kills are cool... for a while... And the difference between the longsword and the shortsword is minimal. The only fun I can extract form either game is in countering enemies, and then killing them in brutal ways, and that only takes about 20mins tops.

The manotony was a bit much but the story and everything about the game is different and I loved it! He did not force me to finish it he simply suggested finishing what I started and it was a good choice. Good game but not fore everyone. The originality to me is more then enough to say its a great game

Liked the first, and loved the second. My biggest for the first one is the absolute repetition of it.Everything is the same.My biggest complaint for the second is that the replay value is shot to hell because you can't just select a certain mission from that stupid machine.Due to that you have to play the whole game over to do one mission.I hate that.I did like the plot, but it's not good enough to re-watch the talking scenes over and over again just to play the game.Still,2 remains a vast improvement over the first game.

So not trolling or anything, but am I really the only one that found 2's story WAY too predictable?

Re: Assassin's Creed II
The ending was a HUGE mystery for me but leading up to that i could see everything happening before it did. It was pretty cut and paste from other stories but I liked it

Someone should combine PoP, Mirror's Edge, Ninja Gaiden and Assassin's Creed to make a game about ninja hitmen who can skydive while ordering pizza and killing the president with a handgun.
Although you might have to have your brain wired into whatever console it would be on, otherwise you would never be able to control it.
