He's only annoying because you can't skip him and you always accidentally choose to have him give you his story again, if you play the game like Shiggy wanted you to, you'd love him just as much as anyone else in Hyrule.

That's exactly what I think Shigeru is trying to tell us, stop being so much about instant reward and enjoy the story he's laying out for us. It's sad that the Mario series appeals so much to the just-add-water success style, I wish every game made you sit down and listen to the story. Skipping text is like skipping a chapter in a book.

I like the stories. I get annoyed though cause I always hit repeat and half the time its not a story its just unuseful information.
