[...It's time honey. I love you with all of my mind, body and soul. Ever fiber of my being, the very core of me has deep affection for you...But it's time. I've been out in the world, love, and have treated myself to many new gaming experiences, and none so great as Star Ocean, The Last Hope. She stole my heart, FFIX, that she did. So many sidequests! So much to spend my time on! She certainly looks better, but that isnt' the only reason this has come to pass. Widescreen formatting, worlds so vast I can actually immerse myself into them, upgradable weapons galore! Reason after reason, seemingly endless]

[It just plays better in almost every possible way than you do. Please don't take this personally. I have enjoyed our time together, and that time isn't even over! You're my second favorite game now, and that, while not first place, is surely an impressive feat! []lightly kisses[] But with Star Ocean, I don't have to switch discs. While disc switching was once a charming feature, the charm has worn off. At first, I couldn't bare to make you lose the number 1 spot, for SO TLH was a three disc game, and did not play smoothly. But now! Oh the joy, for it has been ported onto the PlayStation 3 game console, and both issues have now been irradicated! <3]

[The game is truely great. I would love for you two to meet each other. A masterpiece of the last two eras, and a masterpiece of this era in the same room together, holding a conversation. How I would love to see this. I still love you FFIX! But I now love another more than you, and that is most certainly SO TLH. We'll always be together FFIX. You're second place now, yes, no longer my favorite video game. But I adore you. I do. Please know this, if nothing else]

[The Number1 spot has been secured by you for a long time, and it's time you stepped down from that throne. I welcome SO, TLH with open arms as soon as I can buy the PS3 port []in less than two weeks ^_^[] and until then, let's have one final playthrough together. No, it won't be the last playthrough for us, but the last one before you step down as my #1. I love you FFIX, but yes, it is indeed time. Let us never forget the many years you spent as my #1! I know I wont]

Dear Metal Gear Solid...

oh brother of gaming i too know of the love for this game and i too know the pain of having to admit it is better than my number 1 rpg (FFX) this game although it has it's bad points (only the characters and the gaping cut scenes) it is the best rpg i have ever played fending off ffx ff12 and ff13 also fable 2 and many more but alas i admit it too is my favorite rpg game ooooh who is me never did i think this day could come but alas it has and i cannot wait to get all the extra content and the game again on ps3 it shall be a momentous occasion indeed.
