Falls under my "not concerned". Most things outta my region are not in my language, so I wouldn't under stand em anyway.

I don't really mind either, when it comes to systems like Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. I really don't understand why they have it for Portable systems though, like they have for 3DS.

[lol, for once, NB isn't really guilty of region coding, and if any of their games were/are region coded, it's not their call anyway, it's Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo's call, as they are the ones that design a console or handheld with the region coding restrictions. NB and any other company are pretty innocent with Region Coding. Though i gotta say, NB probably LOVES the idea. lol] *flips NB off again for shits and giggles*
