[Contest Woes]

[It was a while back when i started a contest, offering a few random prizes, etc. I has come to my attention []and slight disappointment[] that nobody has really entered anything. I don't want to force anyone or anything; it's completely voluntary. I did figure, on the other hand, that at least a few would be interested, but it appears I was incorrect. As of today, I think I will cancel the contest. The thread has been deleted. I am not upset or anything, just sorta sad. I love to give gifts. This was also my way for saying 'thank you' to all the faithful users that have stayed true to Caffeinehead. Anyway, the users have spoken, so I will cancel. Perhaps next year or later this year I could start something else. If you have any ideas for what you think would be a cool contest, by all means, share your opinions here, for I don't think I'm very good at coming up with contests and prizes anyway. BTW AT9. I think it is just bad timing with the contest. TDSA shamless and myself are over our head with the workload right now and we've been talking about the contest and we all want to join. I think just put it to the side for now and bring it back in the summer and with the free time that wont be spent on college we will be able to give you our full attention. Also, the awards are good ideas! i love the mug idea and a free video game?!?! thats just sweet. Your good at thinking things through, i guess your just poor at timing? not to mean it in a disrespectful way. *bows humbly to the greater being* just hold it off for a bit and im sure youll at least get a few entrys.

I know that I mentally and physically cannot handle writing another paper right now. I have 3 more papers to hand in, about 8 more tests and like 2 weeks left. I couldn't even handle the contest when you first put it out and now it is approaching finals week and thats kinda more important. So I therefore second the notion to move the contest to the summer when I will have lotsa free time when Im not as busy and stressed.
