I wish the whole "transformation by putting on a mask" would carry over from majora's mask to some other game. I love being the Zora. And SERIOUSLY! Look at his instrument! It's a guitar made from a giant fish skeleton!

lol been playing Majora's mask recently i hate the third dugeon...stupid bubble eyed wart. my favorite zelda game has to be....... Ocarina of Time awesome story and awesome boss fights by the way speaking of ocarina, what is everyone's opinion of Shiek.... zelda turing into a guy or just cross dressing lol

AWESOME!!!!!!!! Shiek has to be the coolest ever. It's Zelda in hiding shes still... her, but only cool and trained for fighting and all ninja-like!

Umm... Isnt LoZ an RPG series? ANYWHOO LoZ is prolly the first game I ever played and cared about. I started with Link's Awakening DX and went to Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask from there, MM was a dick with the whole "Congratulations, you beat a dungeon, now it's the third day and you have to travel back in time to before you beat it!" thing. I don't think I finished it, honestly... but I was borrowing it from a friend at that time, so I should really just go get it. Wind Waker and Twilight Princess round out my whole experience with Shigeru Miyamoto's slightly less popular series (the other being Mario and company). By no means am I hardcore about it, but it's all good fun, and I like the puzzles.

No LoZ is a action game series....not RPG. The rest was tl;dr.

I suppose I can understand that it's more about adventuring the world, exploring dungeons, and fighting bosses, but I've always heard it referred to as one of the greatest RPG's, that's where the confusion comes in... I guess I just never questioned it. Huh.

Well if you wanna be literal ALL games are RPGs by basic definition. But LoZ contains no elements to make it as such, even more so in its current form.

XD I don't wanna see LOZ polluted by numbers, and I don't wanna have to read about making a pure range build Link. Or maybe I do, but I'm pretty sure I don't.

I don't know why, but I have always loved Links Awakening:DX. Ocarina of Time is still a favourite of mine, along with the classic Legend of Zelda. First game I ever played.
